About HRPA

HRPA delivers the training and certification that supports disability providers to embed practical, evidence-based human rights practice.

Our purpose is simple: to inspire a movement where human rights are at the centre of every service, every decision, every day

We support disability service providers to embed a Human Rights-Based Approach that will enable them to:
Differentiate with confidence
Stand out with evidence-based human rights practices.
 Retain staff & participants
Build a purpose-led culture that boosts loyalty.
 Protect your reputation
Reduce complaints and safeguard trust.
 Make compliance natural
Turn human rights into everyday culture, not audit panic.
 Prove genuine inclusion
Show that human-centred practices drive your services.

Our work is built on three pillars:

The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Inner Development Goals for leadership and cultural change

Rights-based Positive Behaviour Support and Trauma-Informed Care

Together, these create the B-HART Framework that providers can adopt, measure, and become certified.

For people with disability and their families, we are co-designing resources through our “How to Claim Your Human Rights” ILC Project. These resources will give people the tools, skills, and confidence to claim their rights in everyday situations.
